The last decade has been wild. I've worked with some of the biggest brands in the world. I've bootstrapped and led teams that have gone from 7 member pods to 150 member divisions worldwide. I've built products that reinvent businesses and disrupt industries. I've worked my ass off for chief executives trying to please their shareholders, and I've managed executive success in a world where your experience is only as good as your ability to move as quickly as technology does. I've significantly stepped up to wrestle with lions (and dinosaurs). And while I can comfortably say, "been there, done that" - none of it has been easy. I need to find purpose, meaning, and love to keep going.
I'm rebuilding myself for the next decade - a whole new operating system. I'm thinking hard about the craft and type of work that I want to create. I'm making some big bets and building my next moonshots. Evolving my mindset and values to discover not what I leave behind, but what I take forward with me.
